He is a distinguished fellow and past president of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, and a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Psychological Science. He lives in Chicago, IL. He is the author of Little Ways to Keep Calm and Carry On published by New Harbinger (2010).
