Summary: This week sees the launch of a fantastic new series of interviews with Radio Academy Fellows. For the very first edition, Lisa Kerr is joined by Bauer Radio’s DAB Radio Director Grae Allen. Grae reminisces about his first day at Radio Clyde and tells us why he thinks digital radio is well placed to replace analogue, what he thinks the odds are of the switch-over happening in the next decade and, after 34 years in the industry, what it is that’s made him stay.
