Summary: Geared toward new and potential new users, this session provides a comprehensive overview of the ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension. Techniques for visualizing GIS data in three dimensions with the ArcGlobe and ArcScene applications, demonstrations of the geoprocessing analysis functions, as well as data types relevant to 3D modeling, the use of aerial imagery in conjunction with surfaces to enhance 3D models, 3D editing, 3D animation, and conveying realism using 3D symbology will all be discussed.
