Each October the top volunteer and staff person from each of the states gather in Indianapolis, the HQ city for both The American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary - along with national program chairs and officers - about 150 in attendance. They serve almost 900,000 members. Our topic is sharing with them what military families need.
