Episode 68-The Importance of Practicing Your Family Survival Plan

The Chip Monk Family Survival Podcast show

Summary: In just this past week we have experienced a power outage (for a few hours only, thank goodness) and a 6am "evacuation warning" (that wasn't really) which has caused Mr. Chip to take some inventory of his family's Survival/Preparedness plans.  In this episode I discuss why it is so important that we actually take the time to occasionally to practice our plans in order to find holes in our preparations, as well as what the benefits to you and your family are in doing so.  You'll notice that I don't try to sound like a know-it-all but rather share first-hand examples of how we can find the strengths and weaknesses of our Survival/Preparedness efforts by the occasional "dry run". Practice makes perfect, as they say....
