Summary: Due to the fact that much of the planet's population lives close to oceans and other waterways it is worth considering the thought of using a boat as a "bug out vehicle" (BOV). In this episode I discuss some of the considerations for choosing a boat, equipping it for your needs, and using it to get out of an area affected by a disaster.
