Intensive Advice for Couples by Smalley show

Summary: Every wonder what to do with your teenager? Are you hoping he/she will grow up to be responsible and loving toward others? Listen. Announcer: Get ready for simple intensive advice for couples with Michael Smalley. Michael: If you’re a parent and you want your kids to start learning how to make good choices, this advice is gonna get a little bit painful coz trust me, it’s been painful for me. I have a 15-year old son. I didn’t even wanna take this advice and I’m about to give it to you. If we want our kids to make good choices, we gotta stop meddling. We cannot be overly controlling. We cannot be those helicopter parents. Because if they’re ever gonna learn how to make a good choice, they have to be allowed to make choices which means we have to give them the freedom to fail because if they don’t ever get to make choices, they’ll never learn how to make good ones. Announcer: And there you have it, one more simple way to love each other. Discover even more at smalleycenter.com
