Michael: Have you ever wondered if you’re married to the personality style I’m gonna talk about today? So this might be your spouse or maybe even your child. Have you ever wondered what’s wrong with them? Coz I get that. This is me. I’m off the charts. I mean off the chart on this personality style. I not only hit all the highest scores you can possibly choose for each characteristic. I actually try to input higher numbers because that’s who I am. I am the social director and you are listening to the second installment on the personality series of our personality test. And this is online. And I am almost done writing up the relationship dynamic assessments which basically means that you can take it as a husband or wife or even as a boyfriend, girlfriend or fiancé. You might be engaged. You can take our test, not only find out who you are, strengths, out of balance, communication, weakness, relational needs, but you can also enter in and tell us what personality style your mate is in terms of the highest that they score on or your girlfriend boyfriend. And then I’m writing up custom reports for every basic combination that you can have in a couple to explain exactly how your specific dynamic is. Pretty pumped about this. So that’s where you can find that. But this is the second week of the personality series and I am on the social director. If you don’t remember, if you haven't listened to the first one, we’re basically going off the four main types of personality styles that have been around since 400. The Greeks even talked about these thousands of years ago. And there's kinda four general descriptors. The DISC is a very popular task but I don’t ever understand those other names; melancholy, phlegmatic. So what we’ve done is rename the personality styles to different roles that would make a cruise ship, a cruising experience successful. Because you need these four types of people on every cruise ship working the cruise so you can have a successful time, a well rounded time. So the first week, we talked about the captain. It’s the first episode in the series and now we’re talking about the social director. Next will come the steward and then lastly the navigator.
