TCH #124: Matt Johnson and Runner Academy

The Conversation Hub show

Summary: I started running in September 2010 and absolutely love it! To date, I've completed 4 half-marathons, one full marathon and a handful of other races.  I've already mapped out my races for 2013! Whilst training for my last half-marathon, I discovered the Runner Academy podcast. Ever since that first episode, I've been a fan of the podcast.  I was delighted when Matt Johnson - founder of Runner Academy and avid runner himself - accepted our invitation to be in conversation!
