Episode 5: The Podcast Strikes Back

Summary: Greetings adventures and welcome back to Episode 5 of The Surly Nerd. Kick off your week whit a little bit longer episode this week, lots of things to cover. In Level 1 we cover all the video game news that matters (to us). From industry layoffs to zombie game(s) discussion we close out this level with another rant about square enix. We promise this is the last time…for a while In Level 2 we nerd out talking about anything and everything comic-con related. We kick this segment off with a discussion about Halo 4′s new Forward Unto Dawn Miniseries, go into ALL the super-hero movie news out of the SDCC panels. Touch a little on Hannabal and Resident Evil and bounce from there to…well There’s just too much to talk about in this segment to try any summarize it!  This week we cut straight to the Drinks at the Inn segment to close out the show with a hearty discussion about the 1984 classic, Ghostbuster. We talk about why WE love it, you talk about why YOU love it and we tell you why you’re right and wrong.
