Summary: This is a 70 minute class suitable for Thrivers of any level. The focus is on easing the digestive system and releasing connective tissue in the upper body. You will need a mat, a wall to do Viparita Karani (legs up the wall pose), a belt and either a yoga block or a bolster or cushion if you need something to sit on.
