Summary: Hello all, as requested, here is a 30 minute practice which fits easily into the working day for those of you who are busy and would like to practice more regularly. We focus on the breath and explore how the fully functional breath can help us to find strength and build endurance and stamina. The holds are longer than usual. Please don't put yourself under strain and don't go into pain! If you need to rest then rest in child's pose until your breathing returns to normal. Above all be kind to yourself.
