Short morning practice

Summary: Hello all, this is a short-ish practice to wake up in the morning with, or to re-energise at any time of day. We start off gently with some basic breathing and then move to gentle warm ups and then into standing poses. This class was recorded at Wells Road Osteopaths and it is Level 1, suitable for beginners, but if you are a total beginner I suggest that you go to a real-time class before doing this one at home. This class can be practised alone or with friends - all you need are comfortable clothes, a mat, a belt and a block.
