Summary: Latin Jazz and Salsa music recorded in September 2010 in a Manhattan loft space for a company's end of summer soiree...I mean, fiesta! Mostly unmixed because many of these songs end cold (meaning that they don't fade out). If you play good songs, and they end cold, let them be. When they finish, you'll find that you can continue on with a similar vibe, or you can change tempo, or you can change music altogether...letting a song end is actually one of the more thoughtful and satisfactory segues. Clocking in at 3 hours, you can feel tropical, practice your salsa dance, or just plain enjoy the virtuosity of these musicians. I love the bright horns and the endless percussion that fills every crevice in the sound. And Latin music also, in my humble opinion, has the most warm bass sound in recorded music. Cuban, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Brazilian, Dominican sounds and more. (Feel free to comment if I miss any culture) 1. Eddie Palmieri - Slowvisor 2. Paul Desmond - Samba D'Orpheu 3.
