Summary: Recorded in the early 1990's pretty much live, without any overdubs or edits, in my studio, FiddleFantastick. My son, Jesse, is playing my father's old no-name fiddle which was obtained in the 1930's from former PA state senator Russell Letterman's family by my grandfather. My father said, "It was really old, even back then." In a real "Twist of Fate" kind of thing I ended up teaching the grandson of the former owner of my dad's old fiddle some 50 or more years later! He is now playing in a C & W band somewhere in central PA. I am playing an old 1948 000-17 Martin guitar behind Jesse.
