Summary: The Blue Beetle. May 31, 1940. Death Rides On Horseback. Part one. A masked horseman has shot six policeman. The Blue Beetle borrows a horse and gives chase. A girl reporter is kidnapped, the Blue Beetle is captured and held in a subterranean cell below the city reservoir and about to be drowned. 15 minutes. Part two. The head of the gang commits suicide, the Blue Beetle frees the beautiful reporter for the Chronicle. 15 minutes.
