Gay, Sr. He is also the Coordinator of the BALM Ministry, a substance abuse/learning and mentoring ministry. Elder Carl Lee Claiborne is one of the most anointed Men of God of this time. God has placed an anointing on his life for reconciling souls back to God. Armed with the Word of God and the Ministry of Reconciliation, he endeavors to lead a nation back to God and become ambassadors for Christ. The Lord spoke that he would be “one of the greatest soul winners on the east coast”, and Elder Claiborne is ready and able to take it by force. Elder Claiborne serves diligently in ministry not only as a preacher but a teacher of The Word of God. Elder Carl Claiborne is a graduate of the Evans-Smith Leadership Training Institute, having received a Continuing Education Certificate in Leadership and Theology from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology.
