You can't escape the story, it's all around us. For this week conversation, we wanted to talk with an expert recruiter - someone who's entire reason for being is helping organizations find the right people to join their team. Enter David James. David and I connected on the professional networking site LinkedIn. Our conversation, both on and offline, explored several topics. At every turn, David was very generous with in insights and shared some things we should all keep in mind whether we are in a job now or looking for one. About David James and Decision Toolbox David James considers himself a natural linguist for his keen ability to pick up dialects and languages where ever and whenever he travels. He is a California native originally from Santa Barbara. In past lives he was a soldier, a film maker and a professional poker player. Today David is a Recruitment Partner and Business Development Consultant for Decision Toolbox. Decision Toolbox is an innovative virtual company that does effective direct recruiting for a fraction of the cost of other competitors. He joined this innovative firm because he is a “true believer” in what they stand for and what they deliver.
