Summary: For this week's episode, we are in conversation with youth pastor Dave Wollan. For more than 10 years, Dave has served as director of youth and family ministries at Faith Lutheran Church, my home congregation. I have always been fascinated and inspired by Dave's work. Several years ago, my wife and I joined Dave on a mission trip to Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. During that 10 day trip, I witnessed first hand his ability to connect with young people and inspire them to live a life that is centered in Christ. During our conversation, we talked at length about mission trips, the advent of social network tools like Facebook, Twitter and SMS and how that is affecting ministry work. About Dave Wollan Dave Wollan has been involved in youth ministry work for more than 10 years. His innovative and youthful approach to ministry makes him a favorite of young people at his church. He is a graduate of Trinity Lutheran College in Everett, WA. Dave and his wife Andrea and their four children make their home in Hutchinson, Minnesota.
