Summary: There are times in my coaching sessions when the level of change a person seeks goes deeper than what my current abilities provide. The things she used to be able to do with ease are now difficult. The mental and emotional struggle she is facing makes it hard to set and keep her promises and goals. You don’t have to be sick or crazy to reap the benefits of therapy. It can be a very valuable tool for dealing with the deep emotional trauma that comes with loss, depression and other ailments.
