Summary: We worship Krishna because He maintains everyone, but not just because He maintains, also because He loves everyone. He is love personified. Just for the fact of maintaining others He already deserves anything and everything. As much as you are a conscious unit there is an original Conscious unit which is the Creator of all other conscious units and the Maintainer of them, so that is the Person we worship, you may call the Conscious unit anything you want, call Him Allah, call Him Jehovah, call Him Buddha, call Him whatever you want but He is the one who deserves to be worshiped.
