Today we are going to make a healthy desert, with an old fashioned flavor Bubbe likes to get everything done simple, easy, and delicious to todays standards of life. The desert is called Luchen Kugel but it can be called Noodle Pudding. It's so good Bubbe can feel the flavor before she even makes it. Get the recipe here. Bubbe does not like to wash pans and so she introduces that there is a new aluminum foil that has come out that has an OU rating which is perfect since it makes an easy cleanup at the end of the day. During the show the refrigerator and microwave is utilized. This is the first time these appliances have made there appearances on the show. Todays Yiddish word is Luchen ...Luchen...Luchen.
