Summary: Mary has been a Holistic Registered Nurse for over 35 years, working in Pediatrics, Med-Surg, Psychiatric, Home Health and Case Management. She also holds a BS in Health, is a L.E.A.N. & Expectations Wellness Coach, and was honored to be one of 23 nurses chosen to be on the DVD honoring nurses, entitled ‘A Work of Heart’. Mary is the owner and Wellness Coach for Holistic Healthy Solutions, providing education and tools for improving health and wellness. She has a goal of improving the health of the world one person at a time through education, and empowering others to take control of their wellness. Mary speaks internationally to groups of all ages on Health, Wellness and Nutrition.
