Redrawing Ontario

The Agenda with Steve Paikin (Video) show

Summary: Redistricting happens every ten years in Canada. This time there is another layer of complexity, as the province of Ontario is receiving 15 new seats. What's more important: that each vote count for the same weight, or that communities of interest have full representation? Should ridings blend rural and urban voters? Does it matter if a town is divided in half by its federal ridings? The Agenda examines the proposed changes, and what they will mean for the House of Commons over the next decade.
