Summary: Is your workplace like a daycare center? kindergarten? Sometimes it may seem as though the adults in your workplace forgot to be adults. It is possible that their emotional competence has not been developed to meet their age range. Emotional competence is a necessary skill set for regulating our emotional selfs as well as for interacting (playing) effectively with others in the sandbox.
