Find query timeouts in Profiler

Summary: I like this video. This is a simple example of how you can track down queries that are timing out. Be careful though. If your trace table is too large it can take a long time to pull back the results. You can also add other elements to this to increase the accuracy. Perhaps I'll put together a sequel sometime.
