Summary: Tonight's After-Dark! guests: Booked for sure is friend of the show, and new world record holder for the biggest hamburger ever made, Canadian bbq and grilling expert, Ted Reader. The 4th of July is rapidly approaching and Ted will share some of his best recipes to get you ready for a successful cook-out. Tentatively scheduled are the winners (yet to be determined at the time of this writing) of the Washington DC Barbecue Battle. This is a very unique contest as it requires the participants to cook in two different styles (MBN & KCBS) in back to back days. It is always well attended by the top teams in the country and attracts a lot of spectators. I will get exclusive reactions from the winners of this great contest. Also, BBQ Central Radio Show correspondent, Kelly Dodd, will be filing her audio reports with some of the teams she has scheduled to interview. Kelly always does a great job on these bits and this contest should prove to produce some great content from the Pitmasters!
