Summary: Hour 1: Ed Hamlin, owner of Grill Innovations, joins the show to talk about his unique product called the Grill Plate. To put it simply, this turns your existing gas grill in to an over. Ed has taken many challenges from the Centralites in the past and is looking for more! He will also be attending the HPBA Expo in Atlanta in March. After the break, I will be joined by Pitmaster of Killer Hogs Malcom Reed. Malcom will talk to us about the most important things you need to consider when you are buying your first BBQ pit. Hour 2: Scott Nelson, Pitmaster of Swine Assassins BBQ Team, will join me to talk about his spectacular 2011.
