Summary: Dear Dr. Burton, based on Romans 1:21-32, I was wondering if a person had a reprobate thought on rare occasions if this meant that he or she had a reprobate mind; or is having a reprobate mind more of a “yes” or a “no” issue? Verse 32 especially makes me wonder if a gray area exists.
