Lower Decks 4x06 - "Parth Ferengi's Heart Place" Review

Summary: Rom and Leeta are back and battin' 1000, maman. At least Dave thinks so. Matt ain't so sure. But we got more character development out of a few major players and progression on the overarching story. Mixed with a hefty helping of laughs, that make a pretty good soup, maman.
