Finally, CapRadio celebrates Pi(e) Day.</span></p> <h2><strong>California’s Snowpack 100% of Historical Average</strong></h2> <span style="font-weight: 400;">After an uncertain start to the winter season, California’s snowpack has reached a milestone - <a href="https://cww.water.ca.gov/">100% of the April 1 average</a>, which is a historic peak set by water managers. Reservoirs across the state are 117% of average levels. <a href="https://water.ca.gov/About/Executive-Team">Michael Anderson</a> is a State Climatologist with the California Department of Water Resources, and explains how this year’s snowpack will shape water needs.</span> <h2><strong>CSU Chancellor Mildred Garcia</strong></h2> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Cal State University is home to 23 campuses - including Sac State - and is the largest public university system in the country.
