I've started to do this before but always faded off on it and didn't follow through. We're going to try and talk about one episode of The Andy Griffith Show most every week followed by some trivia and then talk about some cast birthdays.<br> <br> <br> <br> That's the plan but, we'll see how well the plan survives the year. ha ha<br> <br> <br> <br> This episode we start with the first episode of The Andy Griffith Show which is called The New Housekeeper. It first aired on October 3, 1960 and started everything that we still celebrate to this day.<br> <br> <br> <br> NOTE: During this episode I erroneously reported that a publicity photo of a young Frances Bavier is seen on the wall of the Taylor living room as Andy walks from the kitchen to the front door. It will be seen in several first season episodes.
