Summary: The Los Angeles Angels lost a second consecutive series to the Houston Astros on Wednesday, after a late-inning rally fell short. Despite striking out another 14 ties the day after doing so in the previous game, Shohei Ohtani hit a 2-run homer to make it 5-4, which was followed by Anthony Rendon and Hunter Renfroe getting on base with no outs. Unfortunately, the Angels couldn't come through. Defensive issues also ran Griffin Canning out of the game early, and last weekend's problems seemed to pop up again for the Halos.
