They are seeking to sue the Biden administration as the college is being forced to violate its religious beliefs by opening its dorms and shower spaces to members of the opposite sex or face fines up to six figures, pay punitive damages, and attorney fees.--Joining Jim to discuss this case was Julie Blake. Julie serves as senior counsel for regulatory litigation at Alliance Defending Freedom. She previously served as deputy solicitor general for the state of Missouri and as an assistant solicitor general for the state of West Virginia. Also, previously following law school, she served as a law clerk for Judge Paul Kelly, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
