Susan's an accomplished broadcaster, best-selling author of Speak to Influence: How to Unlock the Hidden Power of Your Voice, and coach to thousands of voiceover actors and presenters in all formats - from video to podium to online conferences and seminars. She's a leadership and training consultant, the signature voice of Citibank and, in a personal aside, the one who introduced me to Dr. Norberto Keppe's work. So, in a large and significant way, Susan's instrumental in my being here in Brazil and working at the Keppe & Pacheco Colleges. I sat down with Susan recently to talk about communication.
