Summary: <br> Can the FMCSA be this Dumb. The FMCSA is asking questions about the autonomous industry. They want the publics opinion on certain questions. Questions like, should a remote driver be subject to drug screen testing? LOL, my answer is, DUH! I mean what kind of question are they asking?
