Be Calm on Ahway Island Bedtime Stories show

Summary: Trudy Tricycle is so excited for tomorrow that she can't calm her mind for sleep.

Narrator: Male

Story Begins: 4:35
Trike Travails Excerpt:

It was a calm, serene night on Ahway Island. The night sky was filled with bright, twinkling stars, and soft, shimmering moonlight reflected off the rooftops of the houses. The smell of freshly cut grass wafted through the air. Crickets chirped in the distance. It was peaceful and quiet. Although most of the neighborhood’s residents were nestled inside their homes, getting ready to sleep, Trudy Tricycle was wide awake. She had so much energy, that she found herself making circles in her spot in the cozy garage she shared with Bing Bicycle.

“Trudy…” Bing said from his corner. “Come on, it’s nearly time for bed.” Trudy did one more spin so that she could face Bing.

“I know,” Trudy replied, “But I’m just so excited! I don’t think I can ever fall asleep!”

Today’s Meditation: Imagine that you are a graceful willow tree in today's meditation.
Creating the original bedtime stories and art for Be Calm on Ahway Island takes a lot of time and care.
As a listener-supported podcast, we truly appreciate our members on Patreon.
