Allison has over 28 years of experience serving in corporate and consulting roles, including VP for Organization Development at Lahey Health and VP &amp; Coaching Marketing Leader for Right Management. As a consultant, Allison brings her experience and expertise in working with corporate and healthcare executives as well as business leaders from the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
