(27:14-41:30) – JMV returns from break by discussing Tucker Barnhart making his MLB debut on the mound last night for the Detroit Tigers, how Jessie Winker received a new contract by the Seattle Mariners despite his struggles, and looks at who has been performing well for the Reds.      (41:30-47:49) – Hour number one concludes with JMV giving away some tickets for a listener to go see Dave Mathews Band along with Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts!         (47:49-1:19:45) – Pacers reporter James Boyd of IndyStar Sports makes his debut on The Ride With JMV to weigh in on the report that a framework between Phoenix and Indiana is being put in place to send Deandre Ayton to Indiana and Myles Turner to Phoenix, which position the Pacers should address in the NBA Draft, and if he has heard anything on how the private Bennidict Mathurin workout went. (1:19:45-1:26:44) – Following his conversation with James Boyd, JMV recaps some of the things that Boyd had to say, plus shares who some of the latest mock drafts have the Pacers drafting, and producer Eddie Garrison points out something that Kevin Pritchard said following the draft lottery announcement.
