Jesse Sherrill</a> on Oct. 28, 2021. <br> <br> <br> <br> State police allege Medeiros failed to obey 2 warnings prior to the crash. He also failed to move over for the trooper striking the cruise he was in. The trooper was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.<br> <br> <br> <br> Medeiros allegedly ingested marijuana 3 days prior to the crash.
