I made three of them the other night for my gluten-eating friends, and each one of them came out looking just like the lovely picture on their box. Another thing that blew my mind about these pizzas was how perfectly they've been able to capture the taste of a pizza that has been baked in a traditional, charcoal-fired stone pizza oven.
