Now enter the U.S. Government and regulation… (that escalated quickly!). </p> <p style="font-weight:400;"> </p> <p style="font-weight:400;">This isn’t some big scary warning meant to discourage you from using OPM or raising capital, but it is a statement - as with anything, you need to know what you’re doing to ensure you do things right.
