The woman from Louisiana was made to pay back the money that she and others sued bug trucking companies for over falsified accidents. <br> <br> <br> <br> The scam involves a four wheeled vehicle getting into an accident with a tractor-trailer, intentionally. They then claim the semi driver was at fault. Because of the David/Goliath analogy, the jury normally will side with the "supposed" victim. <br> <br> <br> <br> If a car or pick-up truck cuts you off in a semi truck and starts to break check you. Pull over immediately and get away from them. Their intention is to be struck by you. Do not ride their bumper and do not lose your temper.
