Nurgazy Mamyrov a trucker from Longhorn PA, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of October 5th 2021. <br> <br> <br> <br> Mamyrov was involved in a few incidents with citizens before state police were called to the scene. When state <a href="https://www.pennlive.com/news/2022/02/state-police-justified-in-fatal-shooting-of-truck-driver-at-i-80-rest-area-clinton-county-da.html">police</a> arrived, they found Mamyrov arguing with another driver. Both were speaking in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_language">Russian language</a>. At that moment the other driver was taken into custody. Police tried to coax Mamyrov out of his tractor but had no luck in doing so.
