Summary: Ryan had a friend who's boyfriend was cheating on her and she noticed because he was gaining a ton of weight. It turned out he was having two lunches and dinners with the girl he was cheating with. Ryan noticed his girlfriend has started to gain weight and now he's thinking she might be doing the same.
