The People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) recently spent time lecturing everyone on how to properly insult human beings without using animal terminology, so as to not insult animals. For example, you cannot call someone a chicken, but you can call them a coward instead. This helps you avoid the dreaded -ism that is speciesism.
