Episode 207: Career Pivots, Big Risks, and Kicking Perfectionism with Rumble Trainer Julia Stern

The LIVELY Podcast: No Makeup Needed show

Summary: Julia Stern is a woman who has hustled to make her passion(s) her career. She is a full-time Rumble trainer who has traveled around the country and lived in new cities for months at a time. In the second to last episode, we dive into Julia’s early career as a middle school math teacher while she was simultaneously dancing for professional basketball and hockey teams.  We go behind-the-scenes to the moment when she chose not to continue teaching math, and how she made a name for herself in the fitness world before becoming a Trainer at Rumble and Obe Fitness. She also takes us through super relatable moments of self-doubt and anxiety, which ultimately inspired her to start her podcast and share more openly on Instagram. We’ll also hear from LIVELY ambassador Sophie Weill, who is the founder of Nude Nation Relations and host of the podcast, Active Ingredient, about her Aha moment to get out there and launch her own business.
