Summary: Dawne Richards is an Inspirational leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational optimization, management and mentoring, corporate communications, and audience measurement design and analysis. The co-founder of Pompano Media Group, publishing Pompano Today magazine, she is also an excellent writer and in demand as a motivational speaker. As explained on her blog she calls herself Coach Dawne as a (mostly) tongue-in-cheek reference to my experience in a wide range of life events. I’ve got a wealth of experience in many different areas, both personal and professional, but it’s not always clear to me what I’ve learned from my mistakes, so maybe you can! Kidding.
