Summary: Hundreds of international research studies from the 60s to today confirm that the earlier children enter institutionalized learning the worse their long term performance: Academicaly, Behavioraly, Cognitively, and Socialy. Most children are better off not attending institutionalized schooling until at least age 8 due to the developmental stages they must go through first to prepare for learning.
