His family tried multiple times to intervene and get him the help he needed. It wasnt until his last prison sentence that he encountered Celebrate Recovery and found the acceptance and forgiveness that he had been seeking all his life. After Brandons released from prison, he becomes a resident manager at a half-way house for ex-prisoners and eventually earns his Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) degree for his work in the recovery field.
